We develop focused ventures and strengthen them through shared technology, automation, data and disciplined product operations.About the roleWe are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can take practical ownership of web products from interface to infrastructure.You will work on public-facing platforms, internal tools, dashboards, integrations and portfolio products at different stages of development. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys solving real product problems, writing maintainable code and improving systems over time.The position is broader than implementing isolated tickets. You will help assess requirements, propose technical solutions, build features, identify risks and support products after release.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain responsive web applications, websites and internal tools.Build accessible, performant user interfaces using modern JavaScript or TypeScript.Develop backend functionality, APIs, authentication flows and database integrations.Work with PHP and WordPress where they are appropriate for the product.Connect products with third-party APIs, payment systems, analytics platforms and automation tools.Translate product requirements into realistic technical plans.Improve application performance, reliability, security and maintainability.Write tests and investigate production issues methodically.Review code and contribute to practical engineering standards.Support releases, monitoring and ongoing product improvements.Document important technical decisions and recurring operational procedures.Collaborate remotely with product, design, SEO, data and business contributors.Required experienceDemonstrable commercial experience in full-stack web development.Strong knowledge of JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML and CSS.Experience with a modern frontend framework such as React, Next.js or Vue.Backend development experience using PHP, Node.js or a comparable technology.Practical experience designing or consuming REST APIs.Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.Familiarity with authentication, permissions, validation and web security fundamentals.Confident use of Git and structured development workflows.Ability to diagnose problems across the frontend, backend and infrastructure layers.Clear written communication and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.Professional working proficiency in English.Nice to haveWordPress theme or plugin development experience.Experience with Laravel, Symfony or similar PHP frameworks.Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.Familiarity with Docker, Linux and cloud hosting.Knowledge of Core Web Vitals and technical SEO.Experience with analytics, event tracking or reporting systems.Familiarity with AI-assisted development and workflow automation.Previous experience working on SaaS products or multiple digital properties.What success looks likeFeatures are delivered reliably and solve the intended user or business problem.Code is understandable, secure and practical to maintain.Technical risks are identified before they become expensive problems.Releases become more predictable and production issues decrease.Documentation allows other contributors to work efficiently.You take ownership without adding unnecessary complexity.What we offerRemote work with a high level of autonomy.Work on owned digital products rather than only short-term client assignments.Direct involvement in technical and product decisions.A varied portfolio covering software, mobile, media and internal systems.A practical environment focused on product quality, efficiency and long-term value.The opportunity to influence engineering standards as the portfolio develops.Compensation based on experience and demonstrated capability.How to applyYour CV.GitHub, portfolio or examples of relevant work.A short description of a product or technical problem you personally helped solve.Your preferred technology stack and availability.Pay: £33,745.76-£89,727.71 per yearWork Location: Remote
