Mid-Level Full Stack Developer

IFGlobal is a global ecommerce fulfilment company working with fast-growing brands across the UK, Europe, and the US. We support brands selling through Shopify, Amazon, eBay, WooCommerce, and other retail channels, handling large-scale order fulfilment from multiple warehouses.Our in-house platform, BladePRO, sits at the centre of everything we do. It manages orders, inventory, warehouse operations, courier integrations, and reporting across the business. It's built by our engineering team for real operational use — and we're continuing to invest heavily in it.The RoleWe're looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Developer to join the team and help us build new features and improve existing systems within BladePRO.You'll be working on software that's used every day by warehouse teams, operations staff, and client brands. This isn't a role where features disappear into a backlog — the work you do will go live quickly and have a real impact.You'll work closely with senior engineers and product teams, contributing across both backend and frontend development. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving practical problems, writes clean code, and is keen to keep learning.What You'll Be DoingBuilding and improving features across our Laravel backend and Angular frontendDeveloping APIs and integrations with marketplaces and couriersWorking on operational dashboards and warehouse toolsTaking ownership of well-defined features from development through to releaseContributing to code reviews and technical discussionsCollaborating with developers, product managers, designers, and data teamsWhat We're Looking ForEssentialAround 4+ years of commercial software development experienceStrong experience with:- PHP / Laravel- Angular and TypeScriptSolid understanding of modern JavaScriptExperience building and working with REST APIsGood knowledge of MySQL or other relational databasesComfortable using Git in a collaborative team environmentStrong communication and problem-solving skillsDesirableExperience with GoExposure to Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Background in ecommerce, logistics, fulfilment, or warehouse systemsExperience working in product-focused engineering teamsTech StackBackend: PHP (Laravel), Node.js, GoFrontend: Angular, TypeScript, ElectronInfrastructure: GCP, Kubernetes, Cloud Pub/SubData: MySQL, Redis, Elasticsearch, BigQueryMonitoring & Analytics: New Relic, PostHogHybrid Work SetupWe work in a hybrid setup with two days per week in our Bournemouth office.
