Senior Web Project Manager

About PragmaticPragmatic is a Leeds-based digital agency delivering websites, ecommerce platforms, mobile applications and bespoke software solutions for clients across the UK.We work across WordPress, Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue.js, React Native, Magento, Shopify and AWS, delivering projects ranging from brochure websites and ecommerce platforms through to large-scale applications and business systems.We are looking for a Digital Producer to support project delivery, client communication and resource coordination across the business.The RoleYou will work closely with our Senior Project Manager, development team and leadership team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.You will coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, acting as a key point of contact for clients, developers, designers and third-party partners.This role will also support the management of external digital marketing and SEO specialists where required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day delivery of digital projectsCoordinate development, design and QA activitiesSchedule and lead client meetingsProduce project plans, timelines and status reportsManage project budgets and monitor profitabilitySupport proposal and statement of work preparationCoordinate external suppliers and marketing partnersIdentify and manage project risksEnsure clients are kept informed throughout project deliverySupport account growth through identifying opportunities within existing clientsWork closely with the Senior Project Manager to continually improve delivery processesSkills & ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience in project management, account management or digital deliveryStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience managing multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work effectively with clients and technical teamsCommercial awareness and understanding of project budgetsExperience using project management tools such as ClickUp, Jira or similarDesirableDigital agency experienceExperience delivering WordPress, Laravel, Symfony, React, Vue.js, Magento or Shopify projectsUnderstanding of SEO, digital marketing and ecommerceExperience coordinating third-party suppliersExperience preparing project documentation and proposalsWhat We're Looking ForA proactive and highly organised individualSomeone who enjoys building strong client relationshipsA confident communicatorA problem solver who can keep projects moving forwardSomeone comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environmentA team player who enjoys collaborating with othersStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailBenefitsHybrid workingCompany pensionLeeds officeFree parkingFlexible working arrangementsRegular team socialsProfessional development opportunitiesExposure to a wide variety of clients, industries and technologiesExperience2-5 years experience in a digital agency, project management or client services role preferredWork Location: Hybrid, LeedsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per yearBenefits:Work from homeExperience:Project Management: 1 year (required)Work Location: In person
