We&rsquo;re seeking a <b>Backend Developer</b> who thrives on designing robust architectures, building secure APIs, and optimising data flows across our cybersecurity and energy management solutions.</p><p></p><p><b>

What you&rsquo;ll do:

</b></p><ul><li><p>Design, develop, and maintain back-end software solutions for cybersecurity applications.</p></li><li><p>

Build scalable server-side architectures using PHP 8.3, Laravel Octane, and Swoole.</p></li><li><p>

Develop and optimise APIs for integration with external services (Auth0, AbuseIPDB, Shodan, Tenable, Xero, Flowise).</p></li><li><p>

Work with relational (PostgreSQL) and columnar (ClickHouse) databases for transactional and analytical workloads.</p></li><li><p>

Implement caching and queuing with Redis + Laravel Horizon.</p></li><li><p>

Write clean, functional, and maintainable code with SOLID and best practices.</p></li><li><p>

Test, debug, and upgrade software using PHPUnit and static analysis.</p></li><li><p>

Implement observability with Datadog (logs, metrics, traces).</p></li><li><p>

Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.</p></li><li><p>

Maintain technical documentation for smooth project handover.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

What we&rsquo;re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>

Proven experience as a Backend Developer.</p></li><li><p>

Strong experience with PHP/Laravel and API development.</p></li><li><p>

Database expertise with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse (or similar).</p></li><li><p>

Experience with Docker and containerized workflows.</p></li><li><p>

Knowledge of system security and data protection practices.</p></li><li><p>

Good problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>

Bonus points if you have</b></p><ul><li><p>

Experience with cloud platforms (Azure).</p></li><li><p>

Background in cybersecurity applications or OT/ICS monitoring.</p></li><li><p>
