LEAP Estates is the Private Client specialist division of LEAP. We operate as our own independent business unit, as well as providing support to the wider LEAP business. Focusing on this area of law only has enabled us to deliver innovative solutions and award-winning software to our growing user base.

At the core of LEAP's success is our market-leading legal software. Our Innovations Team designs and develops the technology that keeps our platform at the forefront of LegalTech.

Working with a collaborative team of legal and technology experts, you will use your technical skills to understand client needs and translate them into effective software solutions.

This is an opportunity to contribute to technology that improves how law firms work, helping legal professionals streamline processes and spend more time supporting their clients.

Requirements

What you'll do

Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code.

Review code and collaborate with other developers.

Design and implement scalable software solutions.

Manage your workload and assist with urgent support when needed.

Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.

Communicate blockers clearly and proactively.

Our Stack:

Backend: PHP (Laravel)

Frontend: JavaScript (Vue.js, React.js)

Design: Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS

DevOps: AWS, DigitalOcean, Forge

What we're looking for

3+ years' experience in web development and server management.

Experience mentoring or supporting developers of different skill levels.

Strong testing practices to ensure reliability and security.

Ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.

Experience with AWS and/or DigitalOcean.

Solid knowledge of MySQL and database design.

Experience with Git and CI workflows.

Desirable

C# experience is a bonus.
