<p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p>We are a growing healthcare company seeking an experienced Senior IT Professional to manage and lead our IT operations and software development initiatives. This role involves end-to-end responsibility for company IT systems, website management, and the design and development of an internal care management system used for scheduling employee visits to clients.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in IT, strong hands-on development skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to deployment.</p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>Website Design &amp; Development</b></p><ul><li>Design, develop, maintain, and enhance the company website</li><li>Manage website hosting, domains, backups, and performance</li><li>Implement security updates and ensure website reliability</li><li>Handle ongoing updates and technical improvements</li></ul><p><b>Internal IT Management</b></p><ul><li>Manage company-wide IT activities including:</li><li>Email hosting and configuration</li><li>Internal systems and user access</li><li>Hardware and software support</li><li>Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for staff</li><li>Maintain documentation and IT best practices</li></ul><p><b>Care Management System Development</b></p><ul><li>Design and develop a custom internal care management system</li><li>Build and maintain features including:</li><li>Employee scheduling</li><li>Client visit management</li><li>Staff-client assignment</li><li>Reporting and operational tracking</li><li>Develop REST APIs using Laravel for system integration</li><li>Ensure system scalability, data security, and performance</li><li>Collaborate with management to understand business workflows</li><li>Continuously improve the system based on operational needs</li></ul><p><b>Project Management</b></p><ul><li>Lead and manage IT and software development projects</li><li>Plan timelines, manage priorities, and ensure timely delivery</li><li>Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors when required</li><li>Take ownership of system architecture and technical decisions</li></ul><p><b>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT and software development</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with:</li><li>PHP and Laravel framework</li><li>API development and integration using Laravel</li><li>Database design and management (MySQL or similar)</li><li>Experience with mobile app development or backend support for mobile applications</li><li>Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)</li><li>Experience building internal management or scheduling systems</li><li>Solid knowledge of system security, performance optimization, and data handling</li><li>Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects</li></ul><p><b>Preferred Skills</b></p><ul><li>Full-stack development experience</li><li>Experience designing scalable internal systems</li><li>Prior experience in a service-based or healthcare-related organization is a plus</li></ul><p><b>What We Offer</b></p><ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience</li><li>Opportunity to lead and own critical internal systems</li><li>Long-term role in a stable and growing healthcare company</li><li>Professional growth and leadership opportunities</li></ul><p><b>How to Apply:</b><br/>Please apply through Indeed with your resume and a summary of your relevant experience.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Pay: &pound;51,000.00-&pound;55,000.00 per year</p><p>Work Location: In person</p>
