We don't do "cookie-cutter" templates; we build complex, scalable web applications that solve real business problems.We are seeking a Senior Lead Developer who is ready to own the technical delivery of our flagship projects. You will be the technical anchor for a squad of 4-6 developers. You will make the architectural decisions, enforce code quality, and write the difficult logic that connects the frontend to the backend. You will tackle the most complex tickets, set up the project scaffolding, and handle difficult integrations (APIs, payment gateways).Team Leadership (20%): Conduct code reviews that are constructive, not critical. Run daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions.Architecture (20%): Decide the stack for new projects. Ensure our solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.Client Communication: Translate "geek speak" into plain English for our clients. Explain why a feature takes two weeks to build.DevOps & CI/CD: Maintain our deployment pipelines (GitHub Actions/CircleCI) to ensure shipping code is a one-click process.What We Are Looking For:Experience: 7+ years in Software Development, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Senior role.The Stack: Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems (React, Vue, or Node.js) OR strong PHP/Laravel skills. We are a polyglot shop, but modern web standards are a must.Database Knowledge: Proficient with SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Firebase).Agency Experience: You understand the difference between "perfect code" and "shipped code."
